Levis's Keyblade - Sovereign

Let's begin!

The theme of this Keyblade is simply the light element, right?
And i read in your description that it is supposed to be kinda like an Ultima Weapon for one of your OCs.
Well, the idea of designing a Keyblade based on the light element is not very original in my opinion just because there are so many people who think of it as the strongest element, apart of the darkness element, probably because Heartless, Nobodies, Unversed and Nightmares are dark beings and everyone knows that darknesses weakness is light.
Also, the light element fits the Ultimate Weapon theme really well.
Although you chose such an often used theme, i think you did very well designing your own Keyblade, that is unique in it's own way.

Though i thought at first that it is supposed to be made out of hair, blond hair, i remembered that Oathkeeper had a similar guard, and that Keyblade had a feather theme. Maybe you used it as an art sample for your Keyblade, maybe not, but the guard does look similar to the Oathkeeper's guard, which is not bad, don't take me wrong. The use of blue stones is not a bad idea either, but you should not place too many of them in one place. Also, try to vary the symmetry of not only the blade but also the handle. I've seen all three of your Keyblades, and they are all great pieces of work, but try and experience with asymmetric designs, it really gives the Keyblade a special touch which makes it unique. The intersection from the guard to the blade is fluid and looks natural, i also like that you changed the color of the feathers at least to one slightly different color, although you could try and use a few more shades of color to make it even more natural.

The blade is a unique, asymmetric piece of work, it is very dynamic with all those curves and directions the feathers point to. I really like the fluent way the blade merges with the crown. The crown is also splendid in the way you designed it, it's something fresh. Well done!

The last, but very important piece is the Chain together with the Emblem. I am afraid i cannot say many good things about it, i am sorry. I am kinda disappointed. In all three Keyblades you designed, the Chain looks always the same, except for the color. The point is, every one of the original Keyblades have special Chains which fit the theme and style of them perfectly. They have different parts which change with every Keyblade and finally lead to the Emblem, which represents the Keyblade's theme. If you would work on them and try to design peculiar Chains, it would make the whole Keyblade extraordinary. Same for the emblem. It should be something that captures the feelings and the emotions of the world, the theme, in one object and not just a piece of metal that has to exist, with no emotions at all. Your Emblem is just a part, a copy, of the crown/blade. Both the Chain and the Emblem are parts of the Keyblade which are very important, as important as all the other parts and shouldn't be neglected.

All in all it's a Keyblade based on a overused theme, which is still special in it's design but lacks the proper Chain and Emblem.
